2yrs ago (in July 2018) we started running our monthly Founders’ Friday events as a way for self-employed freelancers, startup founders, micro business owners, aspiring entrepreneurs & students to come together in a fun, friendly & informal way to learn about the latest opportunities to start or grow a business in the North East of England.
(It’s also one of the best ways for business advisers, investors, funders & members of the public sector to get closer to pre-start & early stage business owners in the region).
Due to the COVID lockdown, our last physical event at the Tuspark Barclays Eagle Lab was in February but after the success of our Newcastle Startup Week ONLINE event in May, we’ve decided to start running Founders’ Friday again as an online event delivered through our private Facebook Group (with physical events to follow as soon as we are allowed).
Our first event will be this Friday (31 July) so if you’d like to join us this month or in future months, you first need to become a member of our new online ‘Startup Week Community‘ which is just £75 for 12 months.
